The course curriculum covers various aspects of Anti-cancer Therapeutic Peptide R&D, including data retrieval and preprocessing, gene prediction, metabolite identification, peptide characterization using CAMPR3, and result analysis. Students will learn how to retrieve raw data for genome assembly, predict genes and chromosomal properties, identify biosynthetic genes and secondary metabolites, utilize machine learning for peptide prediction, assess peptide structure and function, and analyze and interpret the results obtained.
