FROM RESEARCH PROJECT TO PUBLISHED PAPER
-
Design a Computer-aided drug design and discovery pipeline, including molecular docking, pharmacophore modeling, virtual screening, and pharmacokinetic profile estimations.
-
Demonstrate an understanding of the steps involved in the construction of Ligand datasets and the selection of macromolecular protein targets.
-
Generate ligand-based and structure-based pharmacophore models, advances, and limitations. Hit-to-lead identifications by interaction analysis of selected top hits from pharmacophore-based virtual screening pipelines.
-
Critically analyze the role of various computational tools and servers in understanding disease mechanisms and the action of drugs with respect to signaling pathways.
-
Construct Pipelines for Pharmacoinformatics research projects and could able to demonstrate at national and international levels.
By the end of the course, the students would be able to:

What Will
Be Next Step?
You are one step closer to becoming an expert researcher and have a research paper
We will discuss on a research proposal
As we begin the research training, we will have a detail discussion on the research proposal to work on.
Together, we will work on it
After the research proposal, we will design a project workflow, following research analysis and paper write up.

TESTIMONIALS
Dr. Maryam Idrees Malik
Before starting the program, I was a bit apprehensive, as I had previously been taken advantage of by some online scam. But now, I consider myself fortunate that I had stumbled upon this organisation. Kudos team genomac hub! I honour your intentions to create a global impact by helping researchers. Looking forward to learning and growth & thank you for sharing the lifetime activation key of geneious software.
Dr. Noman Sohail
During my time with Genomac Hub, I was offered online classes, clear guidance, and a structured map to proceed with the work, outlining the amazing results. The negotiations were satisfactory overall. I must rate the service 8/10
