About the Course
This is a professional course, streamlined towards exploring practical applications of genomics analytical studies ranging from understanding and accessing of raw genome reads (NGS DATA), to performing a comprehensive analysis which includes reads quality control, assembly, annotation and functional genomics (a practical study of genome features such as gene/protein functions and interactions).

Trained over 2000+ participants including undergraduates, Masters, PhD, and Research Scientists in the field of Genomics and Facilitated over 50 workshops across the globe including diverse institutions.
